Dr. Yousef Helal
Dr. Yousef Helal is an Attorney-at-Law and Legal Consultant
with over 30 years of international and national professional
experience. He holds a PhD in International Law and spent
18 years with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
(UNHCR), serving in senior leadership positions including
Senior Protection Officer and Senior Protection Sector
Coordinator across Jordan, the GCC, Pakistan, Armenia,
and several African countries.
He also served as an Assistant to the Legal Advisor at the
Jordanian Public Security Directorate. He currently heads
NAS Attorneys & Studies in the Boulevard district of Abdali,
Amman, providing specialized legal consultancy and comprehensive
legal solutions to corporations and individuals while combining
extensive international experience with strong knowledge of
Jordanian and international legal frameworks.
Mohammed Daradkeh
Mohammed Daradkeh is a licensed Attorney at Law and a member
of the Jordan Bar Association, authorized to appear before
all Jordanian courts, including civil, Sharia, and special courts.
His practice focuses on corporate law, company formation and
liquidation, commercial transactions, real estate law,
property management, and dispute resolution. He also represents
clients in family law matters including divorce, alimony,
child custody, inheritance, and estate-related cases.
Mohammed provides legal consultation, contract drafting and
review, and strategic legal support to individuals, businesses,
and investors, with a commitment to professionalism, integrity,
and practical legal solutions.
Retired Colonel Jamil Al-Aneizat
A retired officer from the Jordanian Public Security Directorate
with a distinguished career rich in local and international
experience across security, coordination, and security diplomacy.
His international background includes two deployments with
United Nations Peacekeeping forces in East Timor and service
in Kosovo. He also served as a Liaison and Coordination Officer
with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Colonel Al-Aneizat has completed specialized international
training in crisis management, migration, counter-human
trafficking, customs, and border protection. He is recognized
for his leadership, communication skills, direct coordination,
and ability to build effective partnerships between corporations,
government entities, and international organizations.
Majdoleen Zawaneh
Majdoleen Zawaneh brings extensive experience in event
organization, administrative management, and operational
coordination.
She thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments and is
recognized for her strong spirit of teamwork, seamless
cross-functional collaboration, and effective coordination.
Her exceptional interpersonal skills and proactive approach
help ensure smooth operations and high-level administrative
synergy across corporate, client, and multi-agency initiatives.
Hashem Yousef Daradkeh
Hashem Daradkeh serves as an Accountant at the firm,
overseeing core financial operations, administrative accuracy,
and compliance. He handles day-to-day bookkeeping, systematic
data entry, and detailed auditing to maintain clean and organized
financial records across the firm's operations.
He also plays a key role in preparing, reviewing, and submitting
income tax applications, helping ensure compliance with tax
regulations and deadlines. His structured approach and attention
to detail support efficient accounting workflows and dependable
financial administration.
